At Dawny’s Day Care we encourage everyone to work together as a team. This includes practitioners, parents and outside agencies.

If you have any concerns about any aspect of the care that is provided, we would appreciate you coming to Carly or any member of the management team in resolving the situation. We have a complaints/compliments book on site where any comments are recorded and kept for three years. This will be shown to all prospective parents.
